Application:
Micellar water should be used by moistening a cotton pad or cloth and gently cleansing the skin or removing makeup. Apply morning and evening to the face, neck, and décolleté. Can be used as a toner after cleansing your face. No rinsing required (recommended for particularly sensitive skin).
